YARMOUTH — The Affordable Housing Trust unanimously approved prior minutes and voted to expend up to $73,500 in FY2026 for salary and overtime. Vice Chair Robert C. Lawton, Jr., Deborah Clark, and Mark Forest (by remote) also amended the Habitat for Humanity agreement for the Wood Road development at 1121 Route 28, South Yarmouth, allowing a property tax abatement, extending permitting and construction timelines to four and six years, and permitting a municipal fee waiver, the fee waiver passed two to one, with absent Trustee Robert L.
Whritenour, Jr. recorded in opposition. The Rental Assistance Program RFP and Affordable Housing Acquisition RFP were tabled to the next meeting.
