YARMOUTH — Board of Assessors authorizes Assessor's office to stamp applications. The board unanimously approved stamping authority for statutory exemption applications, abatement applications, and denial notices at its January 29 meeting, with Board member Pauline Israelian presiding. Director of Assessing Andy Machado reported the team has processed approximately 370 statutory exemptions so far this fiscal year, with an April 7 deadline for filings.
The first 2026 motor vehicle excise tax commitment and the seventh of 2025 were issued January 23.
