Board of Health approves SRS Building Products recommendation with storage limits

Yarmouth Board of Health approves six plastic waivers for local restaurants and retailers. Mary Craig moved to extend Andrea's West Yarmouth Fish and Lobster and Lil' Caboose through October 31, 2026, while The Loft Restaurant and The Spice Boss Restaurant received extensions through December. Laurance Venezia approved waivers for Fox Den Coffee, CBPB, and Hallett's Store.

Eric Weston approved The Loft Restaurant's four waiver requests and Hallett's extension. The board unanimously recommended SRS Building Products' special permit to the Zoning Board of Appeals with hazardous materials storage limited to 400 gallons and mandatory spill-response training. Stop and Shop received approval for an extension with a September follow-up required.
