YARMOUTH — Board of Health approves plastic-cup variances for Dunkin and Cape Cod Farms through Columbus Day. Ken Amiott, Vice President at Couto Management Group, and Richard Naoum, District Manager for Cape Cod Farms, each requested temporary extensions while exploring cost-effective compliant alternatives. The Board voted unanimously to grant both variances, requiring both businesses to return on October 5th with updates.
The Board also forwarded Nicotine Free Generation regulation comments to Town Counsel for review and agreed to consider implementation as part of the town's existing tobacco regulations.
