Yarmouth Capital Budget Committee finalized four warrant articles on March 2, including a revised $2.8 million water tank rehabilitation. The committee removed Packet Landing from the general capital expenses article due to Community Preservation Act funding and separated Bayberry Hills Engineering Discharge into its own warrant article. Chair Sandy Fife led the committee in approving these changes unanimously, with all four articles advanced for the April 28 Annual Town Meeting.
The committee also scheduled a joint meeting with the Library Committee for March 9 to determine monetary allocation for the Library Construction article.
