YARMOUTH — Community Housing Committee approves minutes and annual report. Vice Chair Drew Krauss oversaw the January 12 meeting, with seven members present and one absent. The committee unanimously approved the December 8, 2025 minutes and accepted a revised Annual Report with recommended changes.
Four housing projects are advancing: Wood Road Habitat for Humanity awaits state eligibility approval; the Mattacheese Utilization Project presents five design concepts to the Select Board on February 3; 645 Route 28 completed site plan review; and 703 Route 28 will undergo affordable housing review on January 20. The Affordable Housing Trust will present short-term rental findings on January 20, and a community preservation public hearing is scheduled for January 28.
