YARMOUTH — Community Preservation Committee advances annual public hearing preparations with plan revisions. Chair Judy Wilchynski and six members approved updated versions of the Community Preservation Plan featuring new income figures, photographs, and hyperlinks to five key planning documents; input on the revised plan will be accepted through March 4, 2026. Conservation Administrator Brittany DiRienzo will present the Chase Brook Park Project at the hearing.
The committee voted 7-0 to approve amended December 17 meeting minutes reflecting Lee Hamilton's abstention on the Yarmouth Port Library funding decision and adjourned at 4:26 p.m.
