Yarmouth Conservation Commission approves four wetlands projects and stormwater permit. The Commission voted unanimously to issue an Order of Conditions for Inter-Fluve's ecological restoration at 110 Weir Road, incorporating Department of Marine Fisheries time-of-year restrictions to protect wildlife, with quarterly construction updates required; voted 5-1 to approve a stormwater retrofit at Grove Street designed to capture 90 percent of runoff in a one-inch storm event and improve water quality in Lewis Bay; and unanimously approved bulkhead replacement and a Liquefied Natural Gas tank stormwater permit. Two projects, a pier reconstruction at 222 Pleasant Street and a retaining wall at 22 Driftwood Lane, were continued pending agency review and design revisions.
