YARMOUTH — Conservation Commission votes on fourteen wetlands and coastal matters. Chair David Bernstein and Commissioner Jack Frost were unanimously reappointed to new terms, with Frost also named Secretary effective July 1, replacing Patricia Mulhearn, who did not seek reappointment after eight years. The Commission issued Orders of Conditions for projects at Baldwin Lane and Indian Memorial Drive and approved invasive species management revisions for Channel Point Drive, while continuing four Notices of Intent to mid-July for applicant submissions.
A three-hundred-dollar fine against Great Island Realty Trust for after-the-fact stairs and boardwalk work was withdrawn and reissued against Great Island Associates, the property's lessee, clarifying responsibility for the wetlands violation.
