Yarmouth Conservation Commission approves pier with variance, advances coastal projects. Chair David Bernstein oversaw six orders of conditions and a 4-2 variance allowing Bass River Property LLC to reconstruct an existing 222 Pleasant Street pier that does not meet current regulations. The Commission issued certificates of compliance for three RJ Resorts beach management permits and approved a Dinah's Pond dredging project.
Four major applications--including the Rakowski driveway project and Peterson coastal bank stabilization--were continued to April 2, 2026, pending design revisions and additional information.
