Conservation Commission approves revised plans, issues permits on coastal work.

YARMOUTH — Conservation Commission approves coastal permits, continues four applications. Chair David Bernstein and commissioners voted unanimously to issue an Order of Conditions for Angela Cosenzi's dwelling relocation at 29 Lewis Bay Boulevard with required landscape plan approval, and for Richard and Carol Dove's retaining wall at 22 Driftwood Lane with structural drawing conditions if applicable. The Commission granted variances and issued a permit for an existing pre-existing pier at 180 South Street.
Four applications--including projects for Paul and Nancy Cruz, Scott Peterson, and Harbor Haven Association--were continued to March 19, 2026, and Thomas Grimes' seawall and fill project was continued to April 2 after the Commission voted 4-2 to waive the landscape professional requirement and rejected his planting plan for including non-salt-tolerant species.
