Conservation Commission continues four wetlands cases, approves ecological restoration project.

Yarmouth Conservation Commission approves tidal-flow restoration at Bayview Bogs with conditions. The commission voted 6-0 with one abstention to issue an Order of Conditions for the Fuss & O'Neill project involving Mark Forest of the Cape Cod Conservation District and Michael Jones of Cape Cod Hospital, requiring approval of a spill prevention plan and on-site refueling procedures before implementation. Four certificate-of-compliance cases were continued: Channel Point LLC to March 31 pending an invasive-species management plan, Edward Stone to May 21 for oak tree establishment, Susan Wojnar's Whale Road project approved 6-1 pending hardscape documentation, and two additional properties issued compliance certificates unanimously.
The commission also unanimously approved revised plan-submission requirements strengthening landscape-design qualifications for projects over 250 square feet.
