Design Review Committee approves Town Fair Tire expansion project comments

Design Review Committee · Meeting of May 19, 2026

YARMOUTH — Design Review Committee approves Town Fair Tire expansion comments. The Yarmouth DRC voted 3-0 to accept its formal comments on a proposed 6,576-square-foot tire sales and installation facility at 484 Station Avenue in South Yarmouth, advancing the project to Site Plan Review. Applicant representatives Matt Ashley of Bohler and architect Andrew Milliken presented a design that extends the existing plaza building with matching brick and pitched roof, includes five service bays, reconfigured parking with in-lot plantings, and underground stormwater infiltration.

Committee members confirmed that removed plaza trees would require replanting, potentially as a Zoning Board condition. The applicant reported anticipated peak traffic of seven vehicles and noted the Board of Health has approved additional septic capacity.
