Yarmouth Finance Committee unanimously approves $2M Snow and Ice supplemental and two capital transfers. The committee moved $105,000 from DPW full-time salaries to vehicle repairs and building maintenance due to unfilled mechanic slots; the Golf Department received $31,951.59 from completed projects for Bayberry Hills Patio work including septic tank replacement. Finance Director Jennifer Mullen received formal recognition for her leadership on the general obligation bond issue and wastewater project processing that positioned Yarmouth for faster state reimbursements.
The committee also unanimously approved prior minutes from February 19, March 4, and March 18 budget meetings. All votes passed by voice or roll call with no dissent recorded.
