YARMOUTH — The Yarmouth Library Board unanimously adopted amendments to its Leonard Room policy. Library Director David Aronson reported the Summer Reading Program drew 258 youth participants, grades 6 through 11, plus an adult group, with 95 children at the final event. The board reviewed a draft building use policy compiled by Chair George Bovino from Cape Cod library surveys; Aronson agreed to manage lock changes and group notifications, with a vote anticipated for October.
Staff changes included the departures of Mindy and Rebecca, the latter entering a Master's program in Library Science, and the arrival of new employee Tracy Files.
