YARMOUTH — Library Building Committee approves revised brochure and assigns outreach roles before Town Meeting. Chair Judy Tarver directed members to contact the Chamber of Commerce, Newcomers, Finance Committee, and Board of Selectmen; Finance Committee presentation tentatively set for March 11 and Selectmen presentation for March 17. The Committee unanimously approved the prior month's minutes and authorized a $9,900 secondary independent cost estimate built into Accenture's contract, with Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners comments expected by January 31 and detailed cost estimates to follow.
Weekly meetings are scheduled.
