Mattacheese Utilization Committee · Meeting of May 14, 2026

YARMOUTH — Mattacheese Utilization Committee prepares to dissolve after completing its final report to the Select Board. Chair Sharon Wimer and four members present voted unanimously to approve meeting minutes on May 14. The Select Board signaled support for dissolving the committee, which has completed Phase 5 of its original scope; Town Staff will assume Phase 6 and 7 work on the grant-funded feasibility and market analysis.

The Select Board indicated it will place formal dissolution on a future agenda, possibly June 9, and noted a new charge could be issued if the committee's reconstitution proves beneficial in the future.
