Old King's Highway approves six of seven applications at January hearing

Yarmouth's Old King's Highway Committee approved six exterior-modification applications and elected officers at its January 12 hearing. Chair Robert Wilkins was reelected (3-0-1, abstaining) and Vice Chair Cindy Ecker was reelected to the same role (3-0-1, abstaining). Unanimous approvals included window, siding, and door work at 97 White Rock Road; a business sign at 3 Enterprise Road; front siding at 86 Pompano Road (amended for 6-over-1 window grilles); a three-season room conversion at 1021 West Yarmouth Road; and 16 solar panels at 28 Winsome Road.
The Committee tabled a proposal to build a garage at 61 Pheasant Cove Circle, citing need for clarification on site-plan consistency, front setback depth, and roofline design.
