YARMOUTH — Old King's Highway Committee approves four applications, tables two pending revisions. Chair Robert Wilkins, Vice Chair Cindy Ecker, Member Paul Grimble, and Member John Grady unanimously approved a shed at 16 Old Church Street, a privacy fence at 1 Hamblin Hill Road, roof and siding replacement at 274 North Dennis Road with cable deck railing, three commercial signs at 13 Willow Street, and garage siding replacement at 7 Clark Street. The Committee tabled application 26-A048 (49 Freeman Road) for major scope revision and requested new drawings, and tabled application 25-A031 (338 North Dennis Road) pending a physical sample of proposed white vinyl siding, with Chair Wilkins expressing the Committee's traditional discomfort approving vinyl on all four house facades.
