Old King's Highway Committee approves four historic district applications

YARMOUTH — Old King's Highway Committee unanimously approves four historic district applications. Chair Robert Wilkins, Vice Chair Cindy Ecker, and Member John Grady voted to approve Certificates of Appropriateness for installation of 18 solar panels at 160 Summer Street; reconstruction of a room addition and window relocation at 162 Thacher Shore Road; and replacement of windows, doors, trim, shutters, siding, and paint at 9 Bray Farm Road North and 16 Eider Street. All four votes passed 3-0-0.

The committee also unanimously approved amended minutes from its March 9, 2026 meeting.
