Old King's Highway Committee approves four solar installations, one retaining wall

YARMOUTH — Old King's Highway Committee approves four solar installations and one retaining wall. Chair Robert Wilkins and members Paul Grimble and John Grady voted unanimously to permit 34 solar panels at 16 Apache Drive, 29 panels at 89 North Dennis Road, and 23 panels at 53 White Rock Road, finding each appropriately screened or sited on non-visible roof sections. The committee also approved a decorative retaining wall and stairs at 36 Clinton Drive to address runoff; one solar application for 38 panels at 29 Pheasant Cove Circle was tabled after the agent failed to appear.
The committee approved January 12 minutes unanimously as well.
