YARMOUTH — Personnel Board approves two SEIU Unit B job descriptions and recommends grade restructuring. The board found the Economic Development Program Manager and Building, Grounds, and Energy Management Superintendent descriptions appropriate at their proposed grades and salary ranges, per Sarah O'Reilly, Director of Human Resources. Members also recommended that grade 3 be split into two tiers in future negotiations, though the Town Administrator will review the suggestion before formal talks resume.
The board unanimously approved the April meeting minutes and will convene again June 11 at 4:00 p.m.
