Personnel Board approves March minutes, enters closed session on SEIU Unit B wages.

YARMOUTH — The Yarmouth Personnel Board entered executive session to review a proposed wage and classification plan for 19 SEIU Unit B positions. Vice-Chair Sharon Ladley called the meeting to order at 4:03 p.m. on April 13, with the board voting unanimously to approve March minutes and 4-0 to enter closed session to discuss collective bargaining strategy. The plan includes two currently vacant positions: Economic Development Program Manager and Building, Grounds and Energy Management Superintendent.

The board voted to defer action and review the proposal further ahead of its next scheduled meeting on May 11, 2026.
