Personnel Board approves two water department positions at Grade 12.

YARMOUTH — Personnel Board unanimously approves water department positions. The board voted to adopt job descriptions for Production Supervisor and Water Field Supervisor roles at Grade 12, both designed to create advancement pathways for employees pursuing MassDEP operator certifications. Water/Wastewater Superintendent Laurie Ruszala presented the positions, which each carried a total point value of 420.
The board, chaired by Vice-Chair Sharon Ladley with members Richard Simon, Katie Turcot, and Jennifer Mayo present, also approved prior meeting minutes.
