Planning Board endorses ANR lot division; subdivision modification hearing continued.

Yarmouth Planning Board unanimously endorsed an ANR plan creating a non-buildable lot for conveyance at 353 Weir Road and continued a public hearing on design modifications to Definitive Subdivision Plan #1648H at 63 Thacher Shore Road to January 21 following a request from Down Cape Engineering due to engineer illness. Chair Joanne Crowley presided over the hybrid meeting with all seven members present. The ANR application, prepared by John Demarest Jr. of Demarest Land Surveying for Thomas A.

Grew Jr., received no objections from Town Planner Kathy Williams. The subdivision modification hearing addresses proposed increases to maximum centerline grade, reduction of roadway cross slope, elimination of drainage swales, and approval of a rock-drilled boundary monument on the Basler property.
