Yarmouth panel approves four waterfront projects, delays one over navigation. The Waterways and Shellfish Advisory Committee unanimously recommended four shorefront projects for Conservation Commission review, including bulkhead work at 14 Compass Drive and 166 Blue Rock Road and 172 Blue Rock Road. The committee deferred Atlantic Coast Engineering's proposed 104-110 River Street pier to May 14 over Chairman Julian Mallett's navigational concerns and the need for multiple variances.
A 66A River Street float project won conditional recommendation (3-1-1 vote) with shellfish-relocation notification required before pile-driving. The committee also voted unanimously to establish a failure-to-pay appeal process for moorings and slips.
