Yarmouth Zoning Board approves seasonal plant sales and home-addition permits. The board voted unanimously to grant Michelle Jean Baptiste dba Cape Bloom Floral Design a Special Permit for temporary outdoor plant sales at 228 Route 28, West Yarmouth, from May 1 through September 30, 2026, operating 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. In a separate 4-0 vote, Chairman Igoe and members Mantoni, Murphy, and Scanlan approved a Special Permit for Michael and Danielle Brides to add a second floor to their James Street home, increasing ridge height from 14 feet 5 1/2 inches to 24 feet 3 inches, conditioned on relocation of an undersized shed to meet zoning setbacks.
