Yarmouth Zoning Board unanimously approves Kings Way Golf Course third-year permit review. Chairman Igoe and the full board, meeting in hybrid format, heard from Attorney David Reid and property manager Michael Maniates regarding Special Permit 4977, which authorizes unlimited public play at the 64 Kings Circuit facility. The 2025 season produced 14,421 rounds, down 10 percent from 2024, with public play comprising 77 percent of total operation.

The Sterling Golf Management contract was recently extended for five additional years.
