Yarmouth Zoning Board approves three special permits, including conditional clearance for residential wellness business. The Board voted 5-0 to grant setback relief for a deck at 9 River Drive and 5-0 to authorize massage and bodywork services at 21 Azalea Lane under Koru Therapies, restricted to one client at a time, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday, with a mandatory one-year review. Jon Frederick Tolley's application for seasonal retail lobster sales at 23 Iroquois Boulevard passed 4-1, conditioned on 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. hours, seven days a week, from Memorial Day through October 31, exclusively operated by the petitioner; Panebianco dissented.
