Yarmouth Zoning Board of Appeals approves four property applications and one wireless tower. The Board granted a setback variance for a garage at 27 Locust Street (4-0 with one abstention), limited to three bedrooms; a special permit to combine two bare lots at Katharyn Michael Road into a single buildable lot (5-0); and a permit to raze a 1940 duplex and construct a two-story single-family home at 6 Chilton Road, increasing lot coverage to 23.5 percent (5-0). A 110-foot wireless telecommunications tower on Route 28 was approved 5-0 with conditions including carrier limits of three (excluding the Town), landscape maintenance over two years, and bond for deconstruction.
A fifth petition for a second-floor addition at 147 Run Pond Road was withdrawn without prejudice.
