Conservation Commission Agendas and Minutes · Meeting of July 2, 2026

Yarmouth Conservation Commission approves nine permits for residential and coastal properties. Chair David Bernstein and Vice Chair Paul Huggins, with Commissioners Elly Tierney and John Frost, unanimously approved determinations and Orders of Conditions for property modifications, seawall reconstructions, and residential expansions affecting South Sea Avenue, Route 28, Tide Lane, Thornton Brook Road, Willow Street, Mill Lane, and Ice House Road. Special conditions imposed restrictions on mowing in 35-foot buffer zones limited to twice yearly, prohibitions on fertilizer and permanent irrigation in resource areas, and stormwater management requirements.
