YARMOUTH — The Zoning Board of Appeals continued a six-unit Route 28 duplex proposal to Dec. 10 after questioning parking and ownership. Kieran Healy of the BSC Group, representing Steven M. Katz, sought a special permit for three duplexes at 703 Route 28 in South Yarmouth. Members raised guest parking on a 20-foot drive, whether the three-bedroom units would be rentals or condominiums, and building height, and one member suggested "withdraw this matter without prejudice." The board voted 4-0 on a roll call to continue, with materials due Nov. 25.
The board also continued the Muldoon and Fimiani setback petitions to Nov. 12 and tabled the Sept. 24 minutes.
