Yarmouth Conservation Commission approves four coastal permits, continues four applications. At its July 16 meeting, the Commission voted unanimously to issue Orders of Conditions for a seawall at Cape Isles Drive, a stone revetment at Route 28, and an inground pool at River Drive, approved a Certificate of Compliance for pier expansion at Pleasant Street, and approved an after-the-fact patio filing at Willow Street by a 5-1 vote. Four other Notice of Intent applications were continued pending additional information and plan revisions.
The Commission voted unanimously to issue a violation notice requiring removal of an unpermitted 300-square-foot deck expansion at Cranberry Lane by September 17 and ratified an enforcement order against Francis Poli for unauthorized retaining wall reconstruction at Lewis Bay Road.
