Yarmouth Community Preservation Committee sets August 26 deadline for 2026 preservation grants. Chair Judith Wilchynski, continuing in the role through Fall 2027, led members in assigning presenters for five Town Meeting warrant articles: Wilchynski (Article 24, CPA Estimated Revenue); Lee Hamilton (Article 25, Affordable Housing Projects, with Drew Krauss as alternate); Debbie Clark (Article 26, Recreation Projects); Paul Huggins (Article 27, Open Space Reserve); and David Geanacopoulos (Article 28, Historic Preservation Projects). The Committee reached consensus on standardized plaque and sign designs for future CPA-funded projects and welcomed new At-Large member Al Mayers.
