Yarmouth Personnel Board completes annual reorganization and approves job description revisions. Joellen Cadematori was elected Chairperson on a 2-0 vote with abstention, while Sharon Ladley was unanimously chosen Vice Chair. The board voted unanimously to approve revisions to the Aquaculture and Water Quality Technician/Shellfish Constable position at Grade 12, adding language authorizing temporary Animal Control coverage when assigned.
Director of Human Resources Sarah O'Reilly announced that the town will collaborate with the Personnel Board and SEIU A over the coming months to complete a comprehensive update of job descriptions and the wage and classification plan.
