YARMOUTH — Personnel Board commits to comprehensive wage and classification study with SEIU A. Chairperson Joellen Cadematori and Finance Committee Member Richard Simon volunteered to review draft job descriptions at the August 13 meeting. Director of Human Resources Sarah O'Reilly presented the collaborative plan to systematically update job descriptions and wage classifications over several months, aligned with the October budget process for FY28.
