Water Resource Recovery Facility Update Dominates WRAC Status Review

YARMOUTH — WRAC hears status on six concurrent wastewater construction projects. The Water Resources Advisory Committee received updates from Wright-Pierce's Owner's Project Manager Louis Ragozzino on the Water Resource Recovery Facility, which remains on schedule for substantial completion in January 2028, with change orders totaling $957,955. Contract 6, covering Route 28 from Higgins Crowell Road to Barnstable town line, has been awarded to Robert B.
Our for $19.3 million and awaits formal state authorization. The committee was informed that a Project Evaluation Form for Bayberry Hills Golf Course groundwater disposal must be submitted by July 31, 2026, to qualify for 2027 state loan funding.
